Customers are eligible to receive 50% of the original paid value of their Amrrutam 925 Silver jewellery as exchange credit, valid for purchases made in the year 2025 and onwards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Purchase Date: This policy applies exclusively to jewellery purchased on or after January 1, 2025.
  • Applicable Products: This policy is strictly applicable only to silver jewellery purchases. It does not apply to gold jewellery or any other material.
  • Exchange Window: The product can only be exchanged after one (1) full year from its original purchase date. For example, if you purchased an item on January 15, 2025, it becomes eligible for exchange on or after January 15, 2026.
  • Exchange Value: The exchange value will be 50% of the actual price paid for the product at the time of its original purchase. This value will be issued as a store credit or can be directly applied towards the purchase of any other item(s) from Amrrutam Jewellery.
  • Product Condition: The jewellery must be returned in acceptable, undamaged condition.
  • Original Design & Integrity: The product must be identical to the original design purchased. Any alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by local jewellers or third parties will render the item ineligible for exchange.
  • Authenticity: The item must be an authentic Amrrutam Jewellery product. Not applicable for customised orders.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your original order number or invoice as proof of purchase.
  3. Product Evaluation: Once we receive your item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets all eligibility criteria, including condition and authenticity.
  4. Credit Issuance: Upon successful evaluation, your 50% exchange value will be issued as store credit or applied to your new purchase.

Important Notes:

  • The exchange value can only be used for purchases on www.amrrutam.com and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Return Shipping cost of upto INR 500/- will be deducted from the total exchange value.
  • The exchange is applicable for 925 Silver products only.
