Our Exchange & Store Credit Policy 

We want you to love your Amrrutam jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions.

1. Important Timeframes & Contact Information

  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@amrrutam.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 - 9810762315(Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6.30 PM IST) within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Exchanges/Returns for Store Credit: To request an exchange or store credit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product by emailing info@amrrutam.com or via Whatsapp +91 - 9810762315 (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6.30 PM IST).

 

2. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

For an item to be eligible, it must meet all of these strict conditions:

  • Unused & Original Condition: The item must be in new, unworn, and saleable condition, showing no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
  • Security Tag Intact: It must be returned with its original security tag still attached and undamaged. If the security tag has been removed or tampered with, the item is not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • All Original Packaging: You must return the item with all original packaging, including the gift box, pouches, authenticity cards, dust bags, and any leather tags.
  • Immediate Notification for Missing Tags: If your product arrives without a tag, you must inform our customer care department immediately upon receipt.

 

3. Exchange & Store Credit Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out within the specified timeframe using the contact methods above to initiate your request.
  2. Product Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our specialist team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm it meets all eligibility criteria. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

4. Shipping Charges for Exchanges

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: For all exchanges where the product is not damaged or defective, a shipping charge of up to ₹500 (covering both return and re-shipping) will be applicable and must be paid by the customer. This amount will get adjusted from the store credit.

 

5. Products NOT Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:

  • Customized Orders: Any product made specially on order with alterations.
  • Exchanged Products: An item that has already been exchanged once is considered customized and is not eligible for further exchange or refund. If a second exchange is attempted, no refund or credit will be provided.
  • Bulk Orders: Orders containing more than ten products.
  • Discounted Products: This includes items on sale (like EOSS), or purchased with any discount code or coupon.

 

6. Claims for Damaged/Defective Products

For any claims regarding damaged or defective products, you must provide an unboxing video. This video needs to be made in front of the courier delivery partner, and you must provide their name and contact number. Claims without this video and details will not be entertained. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from the customer back to us.

 

7. International Orders

  • We do not accept any cancellations or exchanges for international orders.
  • Shipping charges for all international orders are extra and based on actual costs.
